Independent Chair: Dr David Clubb
David is a Chartered Physicist and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with twenty years of professional experience in sectors including renewable energy, digital strategy, and in implementation of the Well-being of Future Generations Act.
He was Chair of the National Infrastructure Commission for Wales between 2021 and 2026, during which the Commission made recommendations to Welsh Government on how to reduce the impact of flooding in the long term, and on how to better engage communities with the issues of climate change.
He is a fluent Welsh speaker who lives in Cardiff.
