The catchment
The Taff gathers from the uplands of the Bannau Brycheiniog and winds through former coalfield towns before reaching the heart of Cardiff. Once among Britain’s most polluted rivers, today it is a recovering home for wildlife, and treasured by local communitise; but the work is far from finished.
